CortexNodes Minecraft Hosting Terms and Conditions

General Terms of Service (TOS) Guidelines:

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.
2. Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 13, you may not use our Services without parental consent.
3. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that violates these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Modification of Terms: CortexNodes reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Specific Minecraft Terms and Conditions:

1. Permitted Usage: You may only use our Services to host Minecraft software. If you wish to run other software, you must purchase our Eggs Expansion Pack.
2. Account Termination: CortexNodes reserves the right to terminate your account, subscription, and server at any time, for any reason deemed necessary by us.
3. Lifetime Servers: The term "lifetime" refers to the lifetime of CortexNodes as a company regarding lifetime server offerings.
4. Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, you waive your right to the 14-day money-back guarantee. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
5. Resource Usage Policy:
   • Free Users: CPU usage must not exceed 50% continuously for more than 20 minutes. Excessive RAM, Disk, and Network usage are also not permitted.
   • Premium Users (Donators): CPU usage must not exceed 150% continuously per server for more than 2 hours at a time. Excessive RAM, Disk, and Network usage are also prohibited.
6. Prohibited Plugins: Plugins such as Chunky and Dynmap (Map Generation Only) are strictly prohibited due to their imposition of continuous high CPU usage.
7. Hibernate Plugin: The "Hibernate" plugin preinstalled on all servers cannot be removed by free users. Premium users have the option to remove the plugin.

Additional Terms:

1. Service Level Agreement (SLA): CortexNodes will strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. Data Security: We take the security of your data seriously. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data and recommend regular backups.
3. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By using CortexNodes Minecraft hosting services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
